Team Caroline specialises in providing event personnel to the Motorsport industry. Grid Girls, Hospitality staff (male and female) and promotional staff are the three main sectors, however we can also provide you with staff for any promotional event. Whether it be Ring Card Girls for a boxing show; talented sales people for an exhibition; happy, smiley, consciencious people to look after VIP guests in any hospitality area, or even just energetic, bubbly data capture specialists.
Team Caroline members are all reliable, experienced, good looking staff with a passion for promo. Caroline herself has extremely high standards when working and believes any person representing Team Caroline should meet those same high standards and have an outstanding work ethic. This includes herself when working on behalf of Team Caroline. She also believes presentation is key and all staff representing Team Caroline will always be beautifully presented, appropriate to the role they are undertaking.
Company History
Team Caroline started on Facebook as a tool to let Caroline find promotional staff at short notice for events she was working at and also in different areas of the country that she may not have been able to work at herself.
This escalated into her finding staff not only for jobs she'd sourced herself but also for other agencies she's worked for, for big events where lots of staff were needed. Her connections in the promo world proved particularly useful on a number of occasions.
At the same time she also found that many other promotional staff were asking for advice on how to go about getting work and where abouts they should apply for various roles. So as a result, Team Caroline was created to put people in the promotional industry in touch with one another.
Today, Team Caroline is stronger than ever, constantly exceeding clients' requirements and building on the growing customer base achieved by our excellent reputation for delivering the best people and going that extra mile to make Team Caroline's reputation the standard the industry aspires to.
